June 15, 2022 – Chicago. Pico Immersive has agreed to license 360 degree, virtual reality videos from VR creator Swiss Cheese Trails. Most of the videos focus on Swiss Cheese Trails’ 2022 hike of the 317 mile, Swiss Alpine Panorama Trail. Additional videos include winter tobogganing on Mt. Eiger and a city walk in Zurich. The licensed videos will be promoted and shown within the Pico VR community.
“My son and I have been creating 360 degree-VR videos of our hikes since the pandemic began, primarily to show friends and family. I took the idea with me to Switzerland at a time when most of the world could not travel,” said Scott Madlener, the creator behind the channel Swiss Cheese Trails. “I’m very excited to see how the Pico community embraces these videos with the release of the Pico Neo 3 VR headsets.”
